The Quilt Complex helps individuals, museums and companies with collection building or refining.
The Quilt Complex helps individuals, museums and companies with collection building or refining. We have evaluated, organized, and catalogued many collections, from relatively small private collections of 20 quilts to very large public holdings such as those at The Henry Ford Museum in Michigan.
We have created stunning “Personal Catalogues” of quilt collections using professional photographs we can provide. We can write more or less detailed descriptions of your quilts and place them in an accurate historical context. Professional appraisals of each of your quilts can be added as well.
We have had almost 60 years of combined experience creating and working with our own collections. From 1982-1999, Julie was Curator of the renowned Esprit Quilt Collection. She has advised numerous individual collectors through the years, as well as institutions and corporations with major quilt holdings.
Let us help you explore "where to go next" with your quilts.
