Made for King Size Bed!

My mother, an avid collector of antique quilts,
sometimes had quilts made for occasional use on the
California King bed she shared with my Dad.

The quilt measures a very generous 100 x 110 inches.

Mom commissioned this in the 1980s, though she no longer can recall the quilt maker's name.

Whoever created it did a great job on this variation of the traditional "Broken Star." Precisely pieced and beautifully hand quilted.

Professionally washed, this is in "like new" condition
with no wear, tears, fabric weakness; no fading or stains.

Fresh and clean; flat and lightweight.

The maker did very nice hand quilting
in a variety of elaborate quilting designs, including feathers and hearts.

Separately bound in yellow cotton.

Strong, sturdy and ready to go.
