~~~~~  Long and Narrow ~~~~~
 Said to have been made for a "handyman's bed,"
 this handsome 19th century quilt could be used in a variety of ways now.
It would work well as a folded quilt at the end of bed,
 or used on a single bed.  It is a size that could fit over a couch on the wall.
Or the comfortable cottons make it a perfect throw,
or curl-up quilt in a den or TV room.
The late 19th century cottons are a fine assembly of
 typical clothing fabrics for everyday people of that era.
The variety of warm prints are fun to study, and the back is a beautiful
piece of darker black and white printed cotton.  Separately applied binding.
In Excellent Condition with one area of fading ~
seen at top center of the full photo.
Hand quilted, simply, throughout.
Price: $365
