 Beautiful, Unusual Hand Quilting

Executed at an impressive 8 stitches per inch (counting one side only),
the hand quilting is also a bit unusual.

The maker, skilled in hand quilting, used a variation of the
traditional feathered wreath we see in so many 19th and 20th century quilts.

S/he used this appealing quilting design in every alternate block of
a charming Sampler of hand embroidered Basket designs.

These embroidered designs were commercially available from the
Rainbow Quilt Block Company (RQBC), out of Ohio,
in the first 1/2 of the 20th century

The quilt maker applied a separate yellow cotton binding,
using the same lovely yellow on the whole cloth back.

Beautifully Made and in Excellent Condition.

Price: $435
