A riot of color and shapes, all contained in a traditional eight point "Lone Star,"
its movement further embraced by strong Sawtooth borders (of two sizes).
We purchased this treasure from a seller in Canada, who believed it
was made there.
Quilt dates to around 1900 and is in Excellent Condition.
Flat, square, lightweight, and sturdy.
Recently hand washed and blocked by a professional.
All cottons, with a cozy cotton flannel back. Well made; separately bound.
Good Size for Hanging: 64 x 68 inches.
Hand quilted in Clam Shell or Baptist Fan designs,
which only adds to the exuberance!
